Returns and exchanges must be requested before mailing back your items. Please email info@cassiusecofashion.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number in your email. Cassius Eco Fashion is unable to pay the shipping cost for returns but will cover the shipping cost back to the customer on an exchange. A return label will be sent to your email once you contact us.
We gladly accept returns on all UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Returns must include the original packaging such as tags, burlap bag, and P.O.S. Cassius Eco Fashion reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements.
Shoe Model Tip: Always try shoes on a carpeted and clean surface to avoid any sign of wear and tear on the outsoles.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
