SHIPPING
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more to shipping addresses within the United States. Orders under this threshold, will be charged applicable shipping fees displayed during checkout.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At the moment, we are happy to offer shipping in the United States. We hope to offer international shipping as we grow. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number.
ORDERS
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
Please contact us immediately via email at info@cassiusecofashion.com to cancel an order. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it.
WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use UPS and USPS for all orders. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless an expedited shipping option was chosen at checkout (additional fees apply).
WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND CASSIUS ECO FASHION DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
If we are unable to fill your order, you will be notified via email. Your credit card/other form of payment will not be charged.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
We love getting a sneak peak of what's to come and we hope you do too! Our collection is made in small quantities and pre-ordering allows you to reserve must have styles. A pre-order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. All pre-orders are charged ahead of time and merchandise will be shipped once it becomes available (available ship dates are noted on our website).
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There are also several ways for customers to pay online without using a credit card, including Shop Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do an authorization when the order is placed to verify that the funds are available.
HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and exchanges must be requested before mailing back your items. Please e-mail info@cassiusecofashion.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number in your e-mail. Cassius Eco Fashion is unable to pay the shipping cost for returns but will cover the shipping cost back to the customer on an exchange. A return label will be sent to your email once you contact us.
We gladly accept returns on all UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Returns must include the original packaging such as tags, burlap bag, and P.O.S. Cassius Eco Fashion reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements.
Shoe Model Tip: Always try shoes on a carpeted and clean surface to avoid any sign of wear and tear on the outsoles.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
We stand behind our shoes. Did you notice small apparent imperfections on the cork or organic material of your shoes? Those are most likely a natural characteristic of our high quality materials and a reflection of the expert hands that made them.
CARING FOR MY KICKS
CAN I GET MY SHOES WET?
Yes! Cork is 100% water resistant. It can get rained on, wet accidentally or on purpose (by cleaning) and will not show any signs of damage or leave any marks on the material. Best of all, if they get dirty you can clean them easily with a soft wet towel and some mild liquid soap.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes! We strongly believe in saving the earth and our resources for future generations. We are an eco-minded company. The materials we use fulfill our goal to build an ethical business with respect to our environment and the animals and people who live in it.
Cork is 100% vegan and sustainable. It comes from the oak of a bark tree and no trees are harmed in the harvesting process. While the barks are removed, they regenerate themselves 7 to 9 years later. We also use minimal and recycled packaging materials with our products and practice sustainability in our daily lives.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We carefully source and select sustainable and non animal materials to make our shoes. The main material we use in our shoes is cork leather. Sourced in Portugal, cork is a reliable and sustainable alternative to premium animal leather. Other options of ecological and vegan materials used are:

HOW STRONG AND DURABLE IS CORK?
Cork material is surprisingly very strong and robust, it doesn’t tear or crack easily either. It can withstand excessive usage and has a similar lifespan to leather.
